Desserialize XML To Object usando Dynamic

É possível desserializar XML desconhecido para object como abaixo?

var xml = @"Arul90"; var serializer = new XmlSerializer(typeof(DynamicObject)); dynamic students = serializer.Deserialize(new XmlTextReader(new StringReader(xml)));

Para fazê-lo funcionar com namespaces xml, adicionei o método RemoveNamespaces .
